guides you to resolve the print head issues.
Follow these steps to
replace the printhead assembly in the HP printer:
Step
1: Remove cartridges and print head

Load
unused, plain white paper in the input tray and then turn on the printer.

On
the left side printer you have to slip your fingers into the slot and then pull
forward to open the cartridge access door.
·
You
have to move the carriage to left side of the printer to lift the latch handle
before to see the carriage is idle and silent.

- Grasp the sides of the print head and then remove the print head with all of the cartridges inserted.
- If a postage-paid mailing label and a return envelope are included with the new printhead, HP would like to have the old part back for analysis.
- If no post-paid mailing came with your new printer print head, you have to recycle the old part.
Step 2: Insert the new print head

Follow these steps to insert the new printhead into the
printer
·
Without touching the electrical nozzles on
the print head to insert the new printhead.
·
Grasp the print head on both sides with the electrical nozzles
towards the rear of the printer, and then insert the printhead into the
carriage.
·
Lower the latch handle on the carriage

Step 3: Insert the new cartridges
- To avoid startup failures.
- Remove the new cartridge from the package.
- Move the new cartridge into the slot, to push forward into fit on the place.
- Make sure that the colored dot on the cartridge label matches that slot.
- Repeat these steps to insert other cartridges. And then close the cartridge access door.

Now
the HP Printer takes six minutes for initializes. In that time the printer to
make noises. After the process completes, the printer prints an alignment page.
