The HP DeskJet 2130 is an
all-in-one printing, scanning and copying device that brings together three
devices.
The principle procedure to
follow while scanning any document of photos is to wipe your scanning glass.
You should keep your scanning glass clean to avoid dust interfering with the
scanner. If the scanner is dusty, then the end result may not be satisfactory.
Then, you'd have to place the
printed side of the paper face down on the scanning glass.
You can increase or decrease
the brightness of your monitor and scanner to avoid imperfect scanning.
Steps involved in the scanning
process of your documents and photos
- Connect the printer to a secure wireless network to which the system is also connected.
- Load the paper onto the scanning glass with its face down and close the lid over the scanning glass.
- Opening the printer software, proceed with instructions to set the scan requirements and the scan type.
- Once the HP DeskJet 2130 printer fully scans the documents, save them in either JPEG or PDF format.
