- Open the cartridge door of the 123
hp com envy 7855.
- You would have got two cartridges along with your Envy 7855.
- One black cartridge and one tricolor cartridge (Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow).
- Unpack the Envy 7855 black cartridge and take out the protective tapes.
- Make sure, not to touch the contact and nozzles of the black cartridge.
- Fix the black cartridge on the right side slot of the cartridge container.
- Likewise, follow the same instructions for the Envy 7855 tri-color cartridge and place in the left slot.
- Then, close the cartridge door and click
the OK command.
- HP Envy cartridge setup is done successfully.
Software
installation
- There will be an installation disk
along with your 123.hp.com/setup 7855.
- The disc has the software for Mac and Windows 10 OS.
- Unwrap the installation and then, load it on yourcomputer or laptop.
- Make sure, to insert the installation disk properly.
- The installer should run spontaneously, if not please click on the prompt.
- Then, click on run and later on, click +yes.
- Likewise, click continue when the installer window opens up.
- Thereafter, select the printer software of 123 hp com envy 7855 and tap on next.
- Now, agree to the terms and
conditions notification.
- The software and drivers for Envy
7855is successfully downloading and installing.
- Consequently, select the wireless
option, in the connection options.
- Next, the installer checks the
wireless network for your Envy 7855.
- Then, when the name pops up on the
screen, Select your Envy 7855 and click next.
- Answer the prompts as required and the software installation process is finished.
